Rates

We don’t sell sessions. The session counts below are intended as a general guide to let you know what you might expect from our service and how much time you might invest in that process. We charge for solutions not time. The number of sessions is only an estimate of how complex the solution might be.

Single Sessions: $350 for a single sessions or simple solution.
Initial sessions are generally 90 minutes and include a consultation and instruction on how to be hypnotized. A regular session is usually around 60 minutes. The cost of an initial session can be credited towards the purchase of a package.

Empowerment Package: $750.
 About 3 Hypnosis Sessions

House calls are no longer available. Please consider a virtual session with us if you have needs outside our normal business hours.

Insurance

The vast majority of our clients are self pay. It’s unusual for an insurance company to cover therapeutic hypnosis and even when they do there are usually several hurdles.

Verify with your insurance provider to make sure you understand what they need to be able to reimburse you.

We do not help with insurance claims.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We cannot bill insurance companies directly. However, if you request it, you can be provided with an invoice including codes/information for possible reimbursement through your insurance company.  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible and have I met it?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Does my plan require prior approval from my primary care physician?

Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

While most insurances will not cover hypnotic services directly, you can pay for sessions using a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Reduced Fee

We understand that financial constraints can make it challenging to access the care you need. Therefore, we offer reduced fee services on a limited basis. Sometimes, we trade services we need or exchange for reviews or referrals. Additionally, like most small businesses, we seek strategic partnerships within our community and occasionally get involved with charities. Contact us for availability and to discuss potential options.

Payment

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your experience as convenient as possible. Payments can be made using cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Financing Options

To make our services more accessible, we offer financing through Affirm, Klarna, and AfterPay. Here’s a brief overview of each:

Affirm

• Payment Options: Affirm offers flexible payment plans, including four interest-free biweekly payments and monthly installments up to 60 months with interest rates ranging from 0% to 36% depending on your credit.
• How It Works: Choose Affirm at checkout to split your purchase into manageable payments. No hidden fees, and the soft credit check does not affect your credit score.

 

Klarna

• Payment Options: Klarna provides several options, including pay in 4 interest-free installments every two weeks, pay in 30 days, or monthly financing plans up to 36 months.

AfterPay

• Payment Options: AfterPay splits your purchase into four equal interest-free payments due every two weeks.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24-hour notification for cancellation. Otherwise, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
